I get vaxxed every year.
I have only had cold/flulike symptoms ONCE since 2019.
It's actually really awesome, not getting sick. I don't have to take unpaid time off work, and I don't have to feel like crap for a week.

I did the lightest of physical therapy routines earlier this week and wound up with flulike symptoms, because my body is a machine that turns exercise into PEM.

I’m a long COVID patient. I can no longer take a shower by myself, my heart rate is consistently over 130 bpm, walking a block gives me flulike symptoms, I am literally allergic to myself and 13 different new foods (and leftovers!), and everything, everything fucking hurts.

Just went with 19 (on his fall reading week from university) to get our Covid and flu shots. I always have a hard time with vaccines (achy, flulike symptoms), so I will be drinking tea and laying on the couch for the rest of the day.
