dgmw it's auto-healing in aggregate but there's no mechanism I know that's as simple as FluxCD/ArgoCD, and nix has real equivalents to those, and you can always manually push a fixed closure to every host or just the affected ones

not really? kind of the opposite.
you can do live updates in a way not super reliable on other distros, can even have FluxCD-like reconciliation.
k8s is way better for running the actual application layer, of course, but nixos is an amazing k8s applikance

I started running Plex and now I have a kubernetes cluster managed by fluxcd that installs Jellyfin and the entire *arr stack out of a github repo that automatically checks for and applies updates. Configuration files are backed up offsite (automatically).

Petit outil que j'ai découvert ce week-end : Sofka 😺
C'est K9s réimaginé. Ce qui me plaît beaucoup, c'est que c'est beaucoup plus fluide, les raccourcis sont à 90% les mêmes.
Cerise sur le gâteau, le support GitOps est natif (FluxCD / Argo).
