It would be lovely to see the sun setting from a Cornish beach once more. This was the view from Freathy Beach on Whitsand Bay in SE Cornwall from a couple of years ago.

Parts are very dated. But there’s a lot of baby in that bath water. There’s a lot of good stuff about tightening up your writing – especially on a sentence level.

Book 3 was The First Five Pages by Noah Lukeman (narrated by Angus Freathy).

I recently met with residents in Freathy to discuss changes to their leasehold agreements. Many residents weren’t in a position to purchase when previously offered.
I’ve also met with the landholder and there is a clear commitment on both sides to a fair solution. I’ll continue working to support.

Cawsand to Freathy on Whitsand Bay was our SWCP leg today. My Geordie hiking mate Trev calls it a "sea fret" - we call it foggy - but it made Rame Head much more atmospheric than the last time I was here on a scorching summer day in 2019.

I love staying in the little huts on the cliff in Freathy, the beach there is magical, so immediately recognised it :)

Freathy was my favourite but the cliff was a bit steep.Weekrnds the sandboys from Plymouth used to weekend there and play football in the field across the road where the bungalows and little shop was.The Farm next door always had milk and eggs for breakfast.As you can guess I'm rather old.
