MMseqs2-GPU sets new standards in single query search speed, allows near instant search of big databases, scales to multiple GPUs and is fast beyond VRAM. It enables ColabFold MSA generation in seconds and sub-second Foldseek search against AFDB50. 1/n

For anyone who cares.
I found myself on Windows 24H2 and #FFXIV was having hitches and FPS drops constantly.

Disabled hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and stopped letting Windows decide on how to use the GPU and it's fine now.

The situation with Nvidia Drivers right now is a cluster fack. Something pushed in the back end, and now I cannot run Vsync in games without a massive stutter every second. Only fix is turning of Hardware Accelerated GPU Schedueling. It completely ruined my afternoon work trying to figure out why.
