I’m another of the lucky ones.

I don’t even know what the 8 o’clock scramble is.

I don’t phone early unless it’s urgent, which most things aren’t.

When I do phone, a receptionist phones back or sends a text offering an appointment.

Can someone please explain this government statistic on #NHS #GPappointments as I do not see who carried out remaining 36% of appointments. Was it pharmacists, physio therapists etc?

Also note that only 44% of GP appointments are with actual GP. This stats is broken. #PrimaryCare
