September 10 is the Day of Tribute to the Victims of Political Repression in Mongolia.

On this day in 1937, Mongolian People's Republic & USSR NKVD, started a full-scale genocide of the country's clergy, nobility & intelligentsia.

This year's Sep 10 prayer poster by Gandantegchinlen monastery.

Happy #TsagaanSar to all.

Here is the official outlook of the Year of Wooden Snake, issued by the Mongolian Buddhist "church" - Gandantegchinlen Monastery, represented by this image of a bull and herder.

The gist: Expect good vegetation & blessings for the youth & "mid-class".
