related: as a late genxer it has been super annoying to see genx people now labeling our generation as supposedly tough when most of my adolescent life was hearing silent gen and boomers telling us that we were soft little crybabies
The other thing to notice is that all of the people who "remember" that world were CHILDREN in the 1950s. They want to go back to their CHILDHOOD, where things were "simpler" because they were CHILDREN.
