Help with optimization/profiling
I’d start looking at Core. Clearly the generateImage and encodePallettedPng functions are inlined. Perhaps they do more work than necessary. I’d also check if the allocations make sense to you. Perhaps some intermediate structures are allocated which can be eliminated.

The image created doesn't contain selection of selected elements (using Application.ActiveDocument.ActiveView.GenerateImage method)
I have tested this behavior on Navisworks 2025 and Navisworks 2026. Steps to reproduce: 1. In Navisworks manage select an element in the Selection Tree. 2. Create image using  a GenerateImage method var image = Application.ActiveDocument.ActiveView .GenerateImage(ImageGenerationStyle.Scene, 1280, 720, false); 3. Save image to the file and see result. Actual result: Created image does not contain selected element. Is this a bug, or I missed something? It is possible to create an image with selected elements using Navisworks API? Thank you.
