This follows weeks of mass arrests for blocking the street or for wearing a face mask.
Rustaveli Avenue has been blocked for the 341st consecutive day.
This is day 337 of uninterrupted, nationwide protests. Rustaveli Avenue is blocked at great personal risk. Dozens have been arrested for “blocking the road”; repeat “offenses” carry up to 2 years in jail.
