Giftedness is more than being ‘smart’ — it includes asynchronous development, overexcitability, and perfectionism. Add in some extra spice, and you have Gifted AND Distractible – aka twice exceptionality.

Research shows that neurodiverse kids are redirected 40 TIMES MORE than neurotypical peers. To balance out the negativity, we verbalize the GOOD we see, the effort, out loud.
