Wake up babe, the media twunts have lost control of a monster they created together. Yes, again. No, it’s much the same one, its just even worse and much nastier this time.

Giles says he went to the gig and the protest before, notes what race everyone attending was, and then says it was just a concert and nothing especially remarkable happened. Also correctly notes the counter protest was full of committed partisans, and not regular punters just going about their day.

"Do you know who I am? I'm the son of the former editor of Punch magazine! Have you not read my columns about how my infant daughter is sexy? LET ME HAVE A LITTLE SQUIRT!"

the thing is there is already a double-standard on this, if black people don't co-operate to police satisfaction in investigation of relatives they will get blacklisted from nursing etc due to "non-conviction data disclosure"

Oooof. The gall of Giles Coren, and the suggestion that he is decent people. 😬

Wonder why Giles Coren was so keen on Rod Liddle. Guess they had something in common.

#GilesCoren on Andrew: "Outrage is the least interesting of all human responses, so I do my best never to express it."

Never, Giles? Never? How about in 2008, when your very sweary email to Times sub-editors over a minor change to one of your sentences went viral?

20 July 2021. Quite the day for Giles Coren. He begins with Harry and Meghan. The "controlling wife" trope is deployed, as if Harry has no free will. Wonder what misogynoir explanation Giles would ascribe.

20 July 2021, part 2. Giles Coren was once mildly criticised by the late Dawn Foster for having benefitted from nepotism. Despite her untimely and tragic death, he saw fit to attack his in vicious and vitriolic fashion. No racism here, just disgraceful conduct.

I rarely venture over to The Other Place now, but when I do, I like to make it worthwhile. 😂 #gilescoren

Back when #AlanCoren was editing #PUNCH it seemed like every week he would spin a page of whimsy out of a small news item so it's appropriately nostalgic to see #GilesCoren reviving the tradition with his TIMES piece on #JamesBond LIVE AND LET CANADA DRY @thespycommand.bsky.social

Poor #GilesCoren must have been feeling left out of the 'hard done by' boys club; so glad he shared more stories of the struggle and suffering that men of talent and food facts have to endure.

The writer criticises @gilescoren for his comments about the new Jaguar and states that there are many families such as his living in Walthamstow

I don’t doubt this

What I doubt is how typical his family is of the nation as a whole

How typical is his family in say Bradford

Well it has inspired me @gilescoren. Rustled up a homemade lemon and lime marmalade sponge in microwave with custard (bird's powder)
