I've been helping out on a solar PV installation on our @Openenergymon shared office space, it will be a 30kW SolarEdge array! Today we fitted the rails and got the first couple of panels in place 😁

I have 16 x 430 w Jinko panels, east /west orientation but with little shade from the south.

I have a 9.5kw (100% discharge) GivEnergy battery.

I have a 5000w inverter on the panels and a 3000w inverter on the battery.

Signed up to a new (to me) service Axle that uses electricity stored in our battery for extreme demand periods where national grid is under pressure.

Will be interesting to see how it works. It pays for our Givenergy premium account and pays £1/kWh! 28.6p is peak export tariff…
