Fully electric 1930s semi. No gas.
Solar: 610 kWh
Heat pump: 149 kWh
EV charging: ~1,000 miles
94% off-peak
Final bill: ~£24
We used lots of energy. We bought it cheaply, shifted it and exported well via Predbat, IOG & Agile export.

It's an astonishing piece of free software than can control the charging & discharging of your battery based on various inputs; solar forecast, carbon intensity, tariff pricing (import & export), in house usage and much more.
I finally got it set up over the weekend.

This is a long one guys sorry but should help beginners set up a Raspberry Pi to manage GivEnergy inverters locally

The key tool here is Predbat - an epic system that optimises home energy around your tariffs, and can compare with other tariffs too!
It’s how I knew I should change now 👍

I only wish my ASHP was smarter so that I could integrate that as well!

I've got home assistant too, and I've got predbat up and running. I only used remote access to tweak charging slots when I wasn't at home, and predbat can do that for me.
Shame about axle though, that was money for old rope.

It integrates energy use and solar generation predictions, then combines it with tariff info to map the best energy execution plan. Mostly operating locally on my little device 🤓

Today has been around 1.5 kg of CO2, and tomorrow is projected to add just 0.4 kg more!
Plenty of wind tonight 🤓
