The teacher from my son’s school who has been in ICE custody since June is finally home! The GoFundMe gave her access to good legal support, and she made it through the ordeal. It’s incredibly fucked up. Just a 20-something teacher who went to visit her family when school got out for the summer.

Ah ok, I’ll do that still then. And maybe try moving the gofundme along at the same time just so she’ll get more overall. Gofundme does take a bit a money for “tips” and such, but she’ll still get a good amount of money if it’s completed
