Made a quiche that was the tits. Posh mushrooms fried in butter with chopped shallot, garlic and thyme, and some Godminster truffle cheddar. There were leeks too but I forgot about them and burnt them. So they got binned. Damn nice tho.

Wow, the future really is happening 👀 Back in March we passed through Bruton in Somerset and the Godminster cheese shop also has a 24hr vending machine! Already looking forward to a road trip based entirely around visiting similar locations in the dead of starry nights. Bruton Beauty is superb btw🧀
