Yesterday my 19 year old nephew/godson was killed in a car accident. It is tragic and heartbreaking. Family gathering today and I’m definitely struggling to go. Hug your children. Teach them well. Hope they make good decisions. Tell them you love them.

My godson argued that The Shining wasn’t as good a scary movie as The Nun 2 and I almost disowned him.
A Young Person (TM) just told me they won't watch Hollywood movies made before around 2005 "because they're mid." I couldn't even go into my "Tell me what you don't like about them. Have you ever seen..." friendly-elderly-professor mode. I just thought, and also may have accidentally said, fuck off.
