Considering moving the family from #googlefi to #tello . Seems like Tello is a much better deal (1/2 the cost!), and solves my "will #googlevoice be okay in #malta" problem at the same time.

Anyone using GoogleFi for their mobile carrier? I'm testing it out now. It's saving me $60/month on tablet use alone. If I actually port my number from ATT, the monthly savings will be close to $200/month.

I've been on Google Fi for 4 months now, switching my family from AT&T and I couldn't be happier with the service. The pricing was already amazing, but we got in on 50% off periods. If you have been looking to leave your carrier to save on cost or something that just works, check out GoogleFi.

I was posing to be a conscientious objector, live off the measely 256kbps drip #GoogleFi left me at a couple GB ago, tough it out till election day & the new billing cycle.
But I was weak. I folded. Let's see if it goes past 1GB more or what.

Could you get a connection from a different carrier and forward your GoogleFi to it when you go? We never got GoogleFi here, so ... I presume it can do that? Not as seamless as having one number tho.

I liked T Mobile but I had issues with their customer service and left in a gripe.
Same with GoogleFi. They're trying to charge me for two phones after sending me a defective one. I'm under warranty !

GoogleFi just works in Europe without having to pay more. I landed in Paris and a couple minutes later I was using wireless like normal.
