Watched a nest cam a few years ago where a baby Goshawk killed and ate one if it's siblings. the other two in the nest sat looking out as if they were pretending nothing was happening but secretly hoping they wouldn't be next😳

i jsut finished da white vault goshawk, and usually im very lenient with stories n endings cos i just like having fun. but wow, i geniunely feel like this was kind of a flop

A young goshawk had become snagged by its talons in a blackbird & was unable to free itself/fly away. Animal rescue advised me to let nature take its course. "That won't work here! We have a problem!" They rescued it. I called later: it had been fed, vaccinated, cleared of parasites, and released.
