El otro día aprendí que en la India también hay castellers, que se llaman govindas y están relacionados con una fiesta que se llama Dahi Handi.
Los castellers de aquí y allí están en contacto y en los últimos años han compartido técnicas.

Had a small vegan plate from Govindas today. Very filling, wholesome and tasty. Needed something healthier after yesterday's pride feast haha

The first time I came to Lund, I was a Master's student in the UK, and Ulf Ryde took me to lunch at Govindas. Emotional to bring my own Master's student and postdoc here 23 years later.

So we was going to go to #Govindas at the Capitol Shopping Centre for lunch, a Hare Krishna run restaurant #Vegan but when we got there they were closed sadly 😔
So we ended up back at #CrumbsKitchen in Morgan Arcade and had a #Vegan Veget Curry with Brown Rice and a Fentimans Raspberry Lemonade 🌍💚🌿

The chef at Govindas in town recently left after many years to become a bus driver. She's in her fifties, so you never know.

On Wednesday in #Cardiff #Caerdydd city centre we had a delicious meal in #Govindas on the outside of the Capitol Shopping centre which is run by people from the Hare Krishna faith. We had #Vegan Paneer & Pea Curry with rice, poppadoms and salad, and had a drink of #Vegan Mango Lassi.....

Last time I was down in Melbourne I ate at Radhey Chai Bar on Brunswick St in Fitzroy. I was surprised at how cheap it was for the amount I was served but then as I sat down to eat I noticed all the Krishna stuff on the walls and was like "yep, now it makes sense."
I also love Govindas in Brisbane.

tbh both govindas and perfection satisfaction promise had great food, just, you know, roll of the dice whether you'd end up joining a cult

Divya Khossla reacts to Govinda’s rumoured gf Komal Rani’s Sindoor at Lalbaug: Do u even understand the importance?
Mumbai, Oct 1 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actress Divya Khossla has questioned Govinda's rumoured girlfriend Komal Rani’s sindoor during her recent visit to Lalbaugcha Raja with the 'Partner' actor. In a strongly worded social media post on Thursday, Divya asked whether they realize the importance of ‘sindoor’ in Hinduism. She further urged them to stop using religion for their personal agenda. Refreshing your memory, netizens noticed that Komal did not have sindoor on her forehead when she arrived to seek blessings for Lalbaugcha Raja. However, after she had offered her prayers, Komal was seen with sindoor around her forehead, leading to speculations around a possible secret wedding.

Nice lunch in Govinda's at the Soho Street Krishna Temple which was gifted to ISKON by George Harrison then a visit upstairs to the Temple room - it's a cool and quiet place away from the madness and materialism of Oxford Street London. Hare Krishna

Though not a Vegetarian, I always enjoy a trip to Govindas, which is run by Hare Krishnas and combines simple but tasty veggie food with quite eccentric wall art choices.
