12 Tib Lane in Manchester is a Gothic Revival style office building designed in 1875 by Charles Henry Heathcote. Now home to Truth Creative the basement was once home to The Cona Coffee Bar which was a 'happening' place in the early 60's music scene. The door surrounds are heavily decorated in the classic Githuc Revival style

Classic 1920s cinema frontage with glass awning & brightly coloured, yellow, blue and pink painted designs. Art deco in style there are 2 cherubs holding an early film camera set into the arch over the main entrance. Wide steps lead to double doors . It was designed by William and Seager Owen and opened as a cinema in 1929. It's designated Grade II listed building & is now a live music venue
