#GreenMarket
Visiting the Tribeca Greenmarket was a great way to start off this Saturday!

Grateful for the conversations we had about what it means to fight for a New York that is affordable & welcoming for all. (1/2)

What a gorgeous day in NYC today! The highlight of the Grand Army Plaza greenmarket this morning was meeting Abraham, a kindergartener who could not be prouder of PS 130’s national champion chess team!

I just googled "golden berry that comes in a little lantern" because I couldn't remember the name of the things that R. brought home from the greenmarket today.

there’s this glorious greenmarket by us w heaps of perfectly ripe fruit, you can smell the peach fumes coming off it from a block away this time of year, just this magnificent bounty. and i keep thinking how we thank the people who break their bodies picking these fruits with raids and persecution

NYC BEFORE AND AFTER: East 17th Street functions better with fewer car lanes and more space for people, bikes, and greenmarket loading.

Watched a toddler in a tiny jersey run through the Union Square Greenmarket screaming “JALEN BWUUUUUUNSON!” so I am now prepared to wager my life savings on Knicks in 7.

The year is 2027. A mixed group of 300 uniformed “True Blues” meet in Grand Army Plaza on Saturday mornings, where they recite the Inclusivity Pledge and march with wooden guns. Police drones (called “Cuomocopters”) hover. After the march, people cross to the Greenmarket, where eggs cost $27.

On my way to the greenmarket.
Seems like a good time to re-use my reusable bag… from 2020.

#CovidIsNotOver - Cuomo should be.

I went to the Union Square Greenmarket. Life is good. Rice bowl with bok choy, broccolini, oyster mushrooms and tuna.

People were campaigning for @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social at the Greenmarket this a.m. I have to see anyone anywhere campaigning for these two losers.
notable that both Eric Adams and Andrew Cuomo have resorted to Maria Bartiromo's show as their polling languishes

Putting the arch in the park will mean a lot more room for the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket!

A greenmarket extravaganza. Oysters, avocado/tomato/corn/homegrown basil salad, and scallop ceviche with aguachile, which was AWESOME. 🍽️🌱
