#commoncarderbumblebees visited though no spider attack; tiny Crab spider leaves via own silk launch to one of the Blue Pickerel flower spikes in the pond (extra clever spider has several irons in the fire!); and then a tiny familiar orange bum appeared .. the lovely

Grey, damp & windy on #allotment today but still some good native plant/insect interactions.
Nice to see Red-tailed bumblebee keep visiting the so far few Black Knapweed flowers and the Wilke's Mining bee the Hemp Agrimony.
