🚨HEY MISSOURI 🚨

#HB434 & #HB459 are anti-red flag bills. Extreme Risk Protection –or Red Flag– laws are critical life saving tools that help keep firearms out of the hands of people who pose a danger to themselves or others. MO doesn’t have red flag laws in place, keeping guns in the hands of dangerous people. 4/

HB434: Providing for the Ebony Alert System; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania State… (Introduced)
An Act providing for the Ebony Alert System; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania State Police; and imposing a penalty.

Ohio just passed a bill through both chambers which makes funding for unhoused youth support contingent on enforcing "biological sex" notions.

And the kicker - the recipient of the funds is named "Star House"
