The Nephret are a race of frog people who live in a country called Nephret. They are a peaceful people, though their skin is poisonous and can paralyze any non-Nephret who touches them. They are renowned healers, using their skin toxin to engineer all kinds of medicines for various illnesses. They can even regenerate their own lost body parts. The Nephret can also switch their biological sexes as needed, much like certain frog species can here in our world. As a result, it is most proper to address any Nephret you might meet as "they/them," even if they look "male" or "female."
