Indonesia, UAE, Kuwait, most of Egypt - heck, even naZi ruZZia - are among them.

Reports I saw said that Jeff was returning from HFCC and was notified whilst en route during a stop over in Hawaii. It seems that all 5850 programming has been shifted to 5950 after 0500 UT. 5950 is still on the air at 1230 UT. 🧵2 of 2

5950 was off until sometime after 0300. I checked with Jeff and he said there was a problem across the entire system. He is on his way the HFCC and didn't have details
