Whole video has to be rendered at 60 fps. Okay. Only download of the HFR movie is an .mkv, which has to be handbraked for 3+ hours. Okay. Handbraked version is way too choppy to edit in premiere, so spend 2 more hours making a proxy. Okay.

Some really concerning funding cuts in Carney's budget (CRA, Indigenous relations, Canada Post, Public Works, CBC) but what stuck out to me as a transit nerd is:
-50.2% cuts to "VIA Rail Canada Inc."
