I eventually found an anatomical drawing that suited my purposes. And then an unlabeled US image that helped, but it was annoying! Claude doesn't know what HOCM is, it can only tell you what the data it's pulling from thinks it is *on average*. It doesn't know!

If the vet said what grade it was, my sister didn’t hear it. My own cat JoJo had HOCM but I had her till she was 17, and it was cancer, not her heart. A third of all cats have a murmur so it doesn’t have to be serious. The heart scan will tell us.

Pretty low rates of Scd for Hocm. How high does it need to be to make icd a solid choice without dedicated rcts? Looks like only the top 1% of scar would warrant it, even then, Rct would be good #cardiosky

Quick life update now that my bsky isn't DEAD so basically what happened:
- finished first part of entry exam
- got a date for colonscopy
- found out my dad has HOCM which is a genetic heart condition that I have a 50% chance of having inherited
so lots of chaos and busy stuff 🫡🫡
