after two entire months of radio silence, i'm once again being told by discord "support" that my ticket was submitted using the wrong email. i'm so fucking tired.
the first of three emails in a chain. it reads: From Mei (Discord Support) Thank you for the patience with our reply. I’m sorry you’ve still been unable to access your account. After reviewing the information provided, we’ve determined that the email you’re contacting us from is not the original email associated with the account. We’d like to help with solving this issue, but to proceed, we need you to file a new ticket at dis.gd/hackedaccount and write to us from the original email. If you don’t know what the original email would be, I would recommend checking any of the different emails you might’ve used with Discord. You may try searching your email inboxes with either “Discord” or “discord.com” to find our emails. Once you identify the original email address, please submit a new ticket from that email. Additionally, you can update us here with the new ticket number to help get your ticket reviewed faster. The new ticket ID can be found on the top left of the email you receive after you submit it. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. the second of three emails in a chain. it reads: From Jattazo Hello again. I'll withhold any frustrated comments and just give you the reasons why this is the most baffling response I could have gotten. I have, at this point, already tried creating tickets using every email I have ever associated with my account: [email 1], [email 2], and [email 3]. All three times now, I've been told that the email I'm writing from is not the original email associated with my account. Something is wrong about that, because there are no other emails that have ever been associated with my account with the exception of one: the email it had been changed to when it was hacked earlier this year, which is not mine. I have gone back and quadruple checked every email inbox, spam folder, and drafts list for all of my email accounts. I've even checked on email accounts that I have never used for Discord just to be certain. There are no other correspondences from Discord on any email besides those three. This can only lead me to believe that you are, for some reason, assuming the email used by the hacker to be my account's original email. I have no idea what I'm expected to do about this, as that email is not only not mine, and not something I have access to, but I don't even know what it is to begin with. Hoping that you can provide any shred of guidance whatsoever, or that this can be looked into further, as right now I'm at a complete loss for what you're expecting of me. the third of three emails in a chain. it reads: From Mei (Discord Support) I would like to help with recovering the account, but based on our records, it appears that the email you’re writing from [email] is not the original associated with the account. At least a crypto scammer and not a vatnik hacker, so no targeted attack! The hacker that took over Planet Anthro's Twitter account did a crypto scam post referring to Kori ☆ @TradeWithKori and closed the comments.

Heya, unless you’re able to do a “forgot password” for the account to change the token and kick the hacker out — you have to wait. There is a server with Discord admins but they don’t handle anything directly and tell people to go to dis.gd/hackedaccount and that’s that.
