I posted these same pics over on IG a few weeks ago and nearly got myself banned 😬

I really don't know how people cope as SWers (or anything just vaguely sexy) on other social media platforms, it's exhausting.

Thank you for saving me, Masturb—, I mean, MasterCard! 🫶🥰

Of course as an adult woman in her 30s with an Honours degree, I don't know any better and I need *you*, a random corporation, to stop me from monetising my sexuality! 🫶

Do your dailies and fight back against the censorship of #NSFW and adult content!

This is about more than "just porn". It affects #erotica and #smut of EVERY kind—and even SFW LGBTQIA+ creators/content, too.

For those who don't know, payment processors like Mastercard, Stripe and PayPal have been instrumental in the censorship of adult content (of all kinds) on platforms like Steam, Itch.io, Patreon and even Fansly in recent months—and it's only going to get worse. You don't have to be a full-service or visual SWer for this to affect you—they're coming for audio erotica, too. In fact, it’s already started—just ask any audio erotica creator who’s suddenly had their Patreon page banned without warning. The time to speak up is NOW, before it's too late. As a SWer myself and a SWer rights activist—as well as a journalist for almost two decades—I'm protesting this ongoing censorship. Join me and say “NO” to censorship. #HandsOffOurPorn #StopCensorship #SexWorkIsRealWork

For the new followers who might have missed this, especially those who responded to my call to tell your stories about the abuse you've experienced in fandom spaces.

Also adding my "NO PORN" mod list to the mix.

For those looking to keep antis (ie anti-kink puritans etc) out of their space, I recommend the following mod lists run by my mutuals.

I trust them to run the lists ethically and to be accountable for them.

1. Falka's list ⬇️

2. Mon's list ⬇️

anti-ship and other stuff Moderation list by ‪@splitscard.bsky.social‬ [ full criteria & info @ antsblocker.carrd.co ] mostly antis, kink-shamers, "proship dni," people involved in harassment over art/fiction, and people that have expressed categorical distaste or hostility for proshippers. a list for quiet blocking, so both "sides" can avoid each other peacefully. Description for Mon's blocklist (@dathomiri-witch.bsky.social) users from any fandom with ‘proship’ in their DNI this is a broad list of users who express an explicit or implicit ‘proship dni’ sentiment in bio, intro post or linked page.

Read the petition's statement here! 👇
Mastercard: Sex Work is Work. End Your Unjust Policy. Mastercard put into effect a new policy regulating adult content sellers that makes it extremely hard for sex workers to earn a living online. It must be stopped. The policy itself imposes strict and invasive requirements on adult content websites using Mastercard’s financial services – including pre-approval of all content before publication, forbidding certain search terms, and monitoring the age and identity verification process for all performers. The stated intent of this is to prevent child sexual abuse material and other non-consensual content. But the policy only applies to websites that host adult content – when all available evidence indicates that these problems proliferate across all kinds of sites. Sex workers’ livelihoods shouldn’t depend on the whims of corporations. Numerous banks and companies already single out sex workers – forcing them to pay higher fees and interest rates. And public platforms like PayPal and Venmo continue to boot sex workers off their platforms with little due process. Laws and policies like these – that criminalize and stigmatize sex work – make sex workers more vulnerable to abuse by clients, law enforcement, and others who target and harass sex workers or those perceived as sex workers, particularly trans women of color. Mastercard’s latest actions are only a continuation of this history of discrimination and it must be stopped: Sign this petition telling Mastercard to reverse its discriminatory policy now.

Fuck. The anti-porn/NSFW movement is accelerating, and a terrifyingly rapid pace.

I'm going to start working on my anti-porn tracker today.

The plan also includes infusing Christian nationalism into every facet of government policy by calling for a ban on pornography and promoting policies that encourage “marriage, work, motherhood, fatherhood, and nuclear families.”
What is Project 2025?
It’s a blueprint for what a second Trump administration could look like, dreamed up by his allies and former aides. Here are some of the proposals.
