Shout out to the 2x 12tb Seagate Harddrives I purchased in 2024 for 129€ each that now cost 500€ each. I didnt want to purchase more because I assume as tech gets further it gets cheaper. as it always had before billionairs decided to buy everything up.

So I took in my harddrives from my big computer. the smaller one is fried. TT They said if they can't fix it, they won't charge me anything. But it's going to be a huge pricetag. TT I have my adoption papers on there and history... Back up your files.

The problem isn't that the game devs are using AI (though they are) it's that AI data centers have bought up all the video cards and all of the RAM and all of the harddrives for the next 3 years causing the component prices of console to triple.
