The bars are aftermarket, the headlight bucket is from a Triumph, the front-end is off a BSA 440 Victor, the brakes are Lightning (I think), as is the head. The sidecovers were laying around in a heap of parts along with the taillight and controls. I bought the saddle on eBay.
