Yup they do well further north but not too far! A lot of the best hican cultivars are originally from PA and are hardy to ~zone 5. And like in this pic, hicans are usually grafted on ‘northern pecans’ (also hardy to zone 5) to be super vigorous and productive like southern pecans.

ARGITU is a proposal for a local neutron source aiming to serve the European and Spanish community. A neutron instrument suite formed by five scientific instruments is hereby proposed to develop its science program: a thermal powder diffractometer, a horizontal reflectometer, a small-angle scattering instrument, an imaging instrument and a backscattering spectrometer.
