Dear media: You know how to deal with this? Start yelling questions at Poilievre the instant he steps up to the lectern, and keep yelling them. When Poilievre criticizes you for being rude, snap back in no uncertain terms that it's the only way you can get a question in.
Polievre is keeping tight control of media’s access to him

Free press is a cornerstone of a strong democracy

What is Polievre hiding?

What is Polievre afraid of?

The irony of Hilltimes posting this on here is unreal. Many left X because it became toxic. Have to wonder if MuSk gave them the story to write.

Important piece by @plagasse.bsky.social and others about how to rethink Canadian defence with the US no longer being a reliable ally www-hilltimes-com.proxy.library.carleton.ca/story/2025/0...

My quibble: we have defence think tanks?

A strong foreign policy needs strong safeguards at home. The delay in launching the registry to track foreign interference sends the wrong signal. We must act now — not later. Read my full comment in @HillTimes 👇

It's his strength if he avoids traps. Your note on lack of confidence - I have swung 180 with what little general trust I have. Now heavily towards the politicians and way down on the 'journalists'. It started when CNN helped Trump1.0. Now it's PostMedia, HillTimes, (agents for R and L ), etc.

Trump finally went too far for Stephen Harper
The former PM has devoted much of his post-political career to helping to empower right-wing political parties, but drew the line at threatening Canada’s existence.
