Just a small historypost. Fascist Spain under Franco, during its first half of power (1939-1953), was a country laden with shortages and food queues. Around 194,000-600,000 people perished from starvation and other famine-related illnesses. (Blanco, 2021).

maybe after election season, I can historypost besides any efforts I can assist in with trans rights, helping Palestinians, and calling out media bias. I'm not really a guy that makes maps of the results of elections, I just redraw congressional maps.
but the more I historypost, fewer books to write

random historypost only tangentially related to the third post time!!!

ok so Schumer might b cautious bc the Senate can do a vote to end a Filibuster if 3/5ths of Congress calls for it, but it WAS a 2/3 majority until one man decided to push the filibuster to its limit…for evil purposes, sadly
astounding stuff is happening

I’m disappointed the degree to which we are missing the opportunity to historypost through this.

I know it sounds like a jokey oversimplification historypost but I cannot really articulate how true that is. They would never shut up about it.
