Organizers from the Portsmouth Powerboat Association said the Powerboats at the Park vintage regatta will be staged at Portsmouth City Park on Aug. 15–16 (setup Aug. 14). They expect 20–25 outboard vintage boats and roughly 10–15 Lauderback inboard hydroplanes; proceeds benefit a local children’s hospice charity.
