And yet also completely in line with how everyone else is deploying the type. Of UA's planned TATL routes only one (IAD-DUB) is more than 10% shorter than the longest currently filed route (MAD-SDQ). 🤔

Maybe OLB/LJU would've worked in the summer; CTA likely too long even for the selling spec's.

Even in the rain it still looks so pleasant! Meanwhile JFK is at war with Philadelphia for my least favorite US airport. IAD (dated) and ATL (crowded) are fine, Charlotte wouldn't be bad if it weren't for the disrepair and the Mad Max-style arrivals pickup tunnel.

Iberia will resume flights between Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) tomorrow. The Spanish airline flew the route seasonally, 4x weekly in 2024. Once the route begins this year, it will offer up to 7x weekly flights year-round. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) will also see Iberia's new Airbus A321XLR used for this route. These offer 14 Business Class and 168 Economy Class seats.
