EED (European Endowment for Democracy) has some of their people on the board of their Lithuania-based backer IESC, which I found suspicious because of both the name and the location. NED isn't used so much because it's so well known as CIA.

2nd floor! Wanted to add a mini recreation center with a small gym with locker rooms and showers. We also have temporary living quarters as the IESC does often have international workers. Also fitted with a security room and server room. Can’t forget the janitor’s closet

Sold after they bombed some construction projects in early 2022. (~$30)
