There's a number of eyebrow-raising lines in that HF writeup:
"Inside the production pod ... Read the EC2 node role credentials from the [IMDS]"
That's a straight-to-NodeAuthorization pivot that's explicitly called out by AWS / address by IMDS hop limit.

Und vor allem wäre dieses Lieferkettengesetz kein Problem, da wir derartige Vorgänge im Automobilbereich schon lange haben. Hier gibt es die Regelung zu Conflict Minerals und das s.g. IMDS zur Erfassung der Material Daten, die in ein Fahrzeug einfließen. Das macht alles Sinn im täglichen Leben.
