for the record i'm aware of this through an OTW sysadmin, working through it
I do not want to publicly give details while they are still in the remediation phase, but I have a strong suspicion I have identified the root cause of the AO3 vulnerability that led to the downtime, and even if it isn't it's a thing other people running the software should know about.
