Apparently, the Georgian Dream in general and Tbilisi Mayor Kaladze in particular failed to deliver promised conditions for Swiss Stadler Rail’s regional production, so it’s now moving on to Kazakhstan.

There is a word for this, ineptocracy. It is a form of government where the most incapable people get elected by those least capable of doing something valuable with their own lives. The fact the latter have a majority in the US says something about the US as a nation. It is a failed nation.
