I really surprised myself while shooting with this setup as it was easier than I expected.
Equipment was OMD OM1 mkii + meta bones EF-M43 speed booster .7x + Canon ext tube + Canon Lifesize converter plus Sigma 150mm EX HSM and yes this is handheld, manual focus
