Geron (Nasdaq: GERN) reported second quarter 2026 RYTELO® (imetelstat) net product revenue of $57.5 million, up 11% versus Q1 2026 and above $49.0 million a year ago. Total Q2 revenues were $57.5 million, with a net loss of $16.7 million, or $0.02 per share.Total Q2 costs and operating expenses were $70.0 million, up from $61.5 million, driven primarily by non-cash inventory-related expenses, as cost of goods sold rose to $9.2 million.
