ImmDef confirms that on 7/18/25 Andry Hernández Romero & 250+ Venezuelan men -- who were denied due process and were disappeared by the U.S. govt to El Salvador’s maximum-security CECOT prison on 3/15/25 -- were released from CECOT & sent to Venezuela.

On May 27, 2025, one day before his court hearing, Immigration Judge Paula Dixon granted DHS’s motion to dismiss asylum proceedings for Andry José Hernández Romero. This dismissal aids the government's attempts to disappear Andry.
