Today, we launch our new report: Bridging the gap: How to ensure people's decisions are respected at the end of life.
It shows that too many people are still dying in ways they explicitly said they did not want.

What we do with this information is of the utmost importance. If we truly want to honour informed choice and patient-led care, we need to improve our systems as soon as possible.
The recommendations form a solid approach to do this.

My husband and I just spent 45 minutes debating whether #twinpeaks or #LOST had the same amount of weirdness or if one had more. I say they were both weird (and LOST is my favorite show) and he says LOST was more weird and had less of a plot then Twin Peaks.😂 #importantconversations
