This is why, for all of the Democratic Party's faults, I trust it a hell of a lot more than I would ever the GOP or "independents."
On the whole it's not a cult and has its limits for how much inanity it accepts (too much as it is but there's a reason why it's "no one cares!" about this guy).

Seymour & Peters had a bonding moment in communicating their shared antipathy to "the media", because of the inanity of some of the questions. And in the specific instance, they were not wrong. The left block should not leave all the media critique to these guys for the rest of the campaign #nzpol

Will it be easier to save democracy under an addled Trump or a diabolical Vance? With Trump gone the country won't be magically be restored and could get worse. Without the inanity of Trump the fascists may not look as stupid. What would a Vance cabinet look like? Who would be Vice-President?
