And mustard oil, which I score in Malmö (mostly at IndoPak, a specialty supermarket). Essential base for a tadka! I also found gluten-free hing at IndoPak, although nowadays they seem to only carry Vandevi-brand hing which contains wheat flour. Good thing that hing powder lasts for quite some time.

Yeah but I feel like my sense of what incidents lead to major wars are based on history, where usually the US was in the background pulling strings to avoid a major war.

Det var det också! 😇 Får tacka pandemin, hemmasittandet och att jag hade bunkrat en massa kryddor, skafferivaror et c (mest et c) på IndoPak vid Dalaplan så att jag kunde få gjort ordentlig träning.
