I clearly have a lot of adjusting to do with tollerence, tension, whatever, but its a proof of concept!

Also die Flächen sind super mit Inkstitch, aber die Konturen bekomm ich einfach nicht hin.

im no embroidery doctor but very happy with this
-used an SS of the original plush's shirt text
-put it into inkstitch to get the vector
-digitized in inkstitch
added hook/loop as the back closure
just need to finish wingies

Ich arbeite mich gerade durch Inkstitch 😅. Sehr viel learning by doing. Momentan klicke ich mir im Internet Ausmalbilder und bearbeite sie dann in Inkstitch. Bin auch noch nicht wirklich ganz zufrieden. Da sind noch zu viele Lücken die durch das sticken selber entstehen 🥲

I’m not happy with the uneven stitching; the Bean was made with a demo of a fancy program, the “Good Luck” was made with InkStitch, and the difference is notable. I think I need another layer of stitching under the white?

If you wonder what goes into the patches I'm making: I'm using an extension for the program InkScape called InkStitch! It converts a vectored image to something an embroidery machine can read, and you can do something similar to a merrowed edge (it's a bitch to outline, you have to do it manually)

details: inspired by hanfu fabric i see in c-dramas, i designed and machine embroidered the edge of the skirt using inkscape/inkstitch and my jade 35. the thread is UV reactive. it was my first major embroidery project and it could be better but i'm happy with it
