I watched …Cruz invoked Broadway Theater…Les Miserable….Republicans need to start a bad theatre group…Republicans know how to read script…but are so bad at the acting part…really bad acting…the insincerity is so obvious….like an outlandish comedic bad Monty Python shtick🙄😳

This just strikes me as basic insincerity. If you took 10 people who casually accepted the “stochastic parrot” framing and 10 people who accepted the “reasoning” framing and asked them to predict what frontier models can do, virtual guaranty the latter group would outperform the former group.

I’ll always feel a certain insincerity in my drawings. Maybe I lack the level of empathy needed to convey these feelings in a way that truly reaches the viewer. Maybe I just don’t have the skill yet, and I just need to keep trying.

A table culture that fosters disingenuous compliments invites dishonesty and insincerity to the table, which may bleed into other aspects of play. This erosion of trust makes the rest of play riskier and less fun.

I find insincerity to be increasing tiresome and boring lately. Your art's really lovely and fascinating, and I could go on about it for hours, and it's such a shame that so many people choose to kneecap their ability to talk meaningfully about the things they like.

Okay, I feel about 97% better about this now that the protagonist has also called the vixens out on their syrupy insincerity. It WAS on purpose, and it WAS annoying. If it's fully deliberate characterization then I still don't like it, but at least I'm not actively experiencing it grating my nerves.

The insincerity isn't any more real than the apology (they can't deliberately try to deceive any more than they can feel sorrow and regret), but LLMs present as human-like, and what does consistent insincerity produce in a relationship? Anger. Feelings of betrayal. This is not fun to work with.

This is why I dislike working with LLMs. If you know how the technology works, all those apologies are the same as the worst person in your life smiling at you while they 'solemnly' apologize and promise to never do that again. Of course they will. It reads as deliberate insincerity.

Country is interesting but most modern country is soulless. Instead of being a working class genre it's just turned into wealthy people trying to be relatable when theyre not. Which turns a lot of people off bc we can sense the insincerity of it

On a morning after the 9/11 attacks, I was on my way to work when I saw a young girl standing on a street corner waving a large flag. I got choked up. Then I noticed the sign next to her: Garage Sale Ahead. Flag marketing has exploded under Trump. Now I get choked up with sorrow at the insincerity.
