The fact that he makes a big deal out of Becerra having 37K from Chevron when he still making tens of millions from fossil fuel Investments, it is absolutely insane. How naïve can we be, to trust this guy? He’s a high risk hedge fund manager billionaire, with no idea of what it takes to govern CA.

It’s not lovely ladies like this that are the issue, it’s the ones buying up multiples as investments and pricing people out. My first house cost 37k, when I sold it was 67, the next owner sold for 110, and gradually the whole row went buy to let. Prices and % disposable income on rent = problems.
