Accessibility is more than physical spaces. It’s also about being understood.

Don't judge a disability by what you CAN see

With #Fibromyalgia, you may see us smile, socialize, or get things done

What you don't see is:
➡ the widespread pain
➡ the bone deep exhaustion or
➡ the days of recovery that usually follow

Every day is a fight you can't always SEE. 🚫👁️

Invisible does not mean unable.

Living with #Fibromyalgia can make everyday tasks an enormous effort, even when we look fine.

We shouldn’t have to prove our disability to deserve understanding, respect, or accommodations.

➡️Believe us
➡️Respect our needs
➡️Stop judging what you cannot see

💜 We are invisible no more!

You can’t see the pain, exhaustion or brain fog of #Fibromyalgia. Looking well doesn’t mean feeling well.

🦋 We shouldn’t have to look disabled to be believed.

Funny how my disabilities are still considered 'invisible' despite screaming about them through cupped hands to try to get accommodations.
